Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is after 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM.
Identity & Age Requirements
Thai law requires a passport copy and a short registration form on arrival. Guests must be 18 or older unless accompanied by a parent.
Children & Extra Beds
Children aged 1–11 stay free without an extra bed. Ages 12–18 requiring an extra bed are charged 800 THB.
Supervision Near Water
The lake, ponds, and rooftop can pose hazards for small children. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervision at all times.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside guest rooms, and a 3,000 THB cleaning fee applies if violated. Outdoor smoking areas are available.
Payment
Payment on arrival is by cash or bank transfer. Card and OTA payments are subject to the guest's own bank's authorization terms.
Parking & Nature
Free on-site parking is available. The grounds are home to local wildlife such as geckos, lizards, and insects, so guests should walk carefully, especially at night.
Quiet Stay Policy
Moon Rabbit is a no-party, no-loud-gathering property, kept peaceful for all guests. Unregistered visitors are not permitted in rooms.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Reservations are non-transferable. No-shows are typically charged one night's room rate per the booking policy.
Damage & Replacement Fees
A linen and key replacement fee schedule applies for lost or damaged items. Details are available on request in the full policy document.
